Luxewalk is a premium candle brand offering handcrafted candles made from soy and coconut wax blends.
The objective of this project was to design a promotional email template that introduces users to Luxewalk’s product collections while maintaining a premium and elegant brand experience.
The template highlights featured candles, collections, and promotional messaging to encourage users to visit the website and purchase products.
Many promotional emails fail because they contain cluttered layouts, poor visual hierarchy, and unclear calls to action.
For an e-commerce brand like Luxewalk, it is essential that email communication:
• Clearly highlights featured products
• Encourages users to explore collections
• Maintains a premium brand aesthetic
The challenge was to design an email layout that balances storytelling, product visibility, and conversion-focused actions.
The email design aimed to achieve the following goals:
