OTOO is an online tutoring platform designed to connect students with qualified tutors across different subjects and academic levels.

The platform focuses on enabling parents to find reliable tutors for their children while allowing teachers to register, explore tutoring opportunities, and earn through online or home-based teaching.

The goal of the website was to communicate the value of the platform clearly while guiding both parents and tutors through a structured onboarding journey.

Many parents struggle to find reliable tutors who match their child's learning needs. Traditional methods of tutor discovery often involve referrals, local searches, or time-consuming inquiries.

At the same time, many educators face challenges in finding consistent tutoring opportunities and managing student communication.

The challenge was to design a website that clearly communicates the platform’s benefits while simplifying the process for both parents and tutors to get started.

The design aimed to create a clear and engaging website that communicates the value of the tutoring platform while guiding users toward registration and contact.

Key objectives included improving clarity around the platform’s benefits, building trust with parents looking for tutors, and encouraging tutors to register and explore teaching opportunities through the platform.

Primary users include parents searching for tutors to support their children's academic growth.

Secondary users include tutors and educators who want to connect with students and find tutoring opportunities.

Parents want a trustworthy platform that helps them quickly identify suitable tutors. Tutors want a simple way to register, showcase their expertise, and start receiving teaching requests.

Research into education platforms revealed that parents prioritize trust, convenience, and tutor quality when selecting tutoring services.

Parents want to clearly understand the advantages of the platform, the number of tutors available, and the success rate of previous students.

Tutors are primarily motivated by earning opportunities, flexibility, and access to a steady stream of students.

The website structure was designed to guide users through a clear learning journey.

Bright orange branding was used to create an energetic and approachable visual identity. Structured sections with icons and illustrations help communicate key benefits quickly.
